  Great place to workout! I've been coming here for the last couple of weeks and have had nothing but a positive experience all around. The people that I've met are very friendly and don't mind helping you out if you're inexperienced or in need of assistance. That said, the gym is typically pretty quiet in the morning/afternoon hours with only a handful of people around, sometimes I'll even have it to myself. They have pretty much any equipment you would need to get a serious workout, whether it be cardio on treadmills, ellipticals, etc or weight training via machines or free weights.
